6-class series.  10-11 AM at Yoga Lila (1955 Bridge Lane) on 11/3, 11/8, 11/10, 11/15, 11/17 and 11/22 with a Bonus Class on Thanksgiving Day if we have interest. We will still stretch and strengthen every muscle to help rebalance your body, with a special emphasis on shoulders and knees–just in time for ski season!  This is a beautiful studio with relaxing energy and no mirrors which will allow us to focus on body awareness and breathing, while getting a full-body workout. The cost is only $8/class for the whole series–or $12 to drop-in at a single class.
